Outstanding facilities

The specialist cross-discipline facilities and flexible study spaces have been designed to build a bridge between classroom practice and real-world application. Take our £11m Cadman Studios, or 12 new simulation suites, where you can experience work-related scenarios in a custody suite, prison cell, courtroom, crime scene, hospital ward, office, shop or bedsit. Many of these facilities are open to students on different courses. Fashion students can 3D print a bag and sports therapists can virtually explore the human body.

Study spaces

Our exciting approach to learning combines the pioneering use of digital technologies with flexible study and collaborative spaces. The Catalyst features bookable rooms with full presenting equipment, webinar pods, large tables for group projects, computers and an entire floor dedicated for silent study. Our friendly and professional support staff, including specialist technicians, librarians and academic skills team are on hand to help with any queries. You can use the libraries and computers at any time of day or night.
