Neurodiverse Awareness sessions

Loud music can be a trigger for members with Sensory needs, making activity in a gym environment very challenging. We have dedicated daily neurodiverse awareness sessions which aim to create a more accommodating gym experience, that some members with Sensory needs may appreciate.

Our Neurodiverse awareness sessions will be running:

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 – 09:00
  • Weekends: 17:00-18:00

Members who would like to listen to music during these times are encouraged to bring headphones.
