Masterclass

Outline

Students will be introduced to the theme of Hope, and how they can experience it, connect with it, and share it. Using Hope Stones or the Hope Tree they will explore centring activities to support their Mental Health.

12-12.30 Welcome and Overview of Activity

12.30-13.30 Masterclass Mini Lecture/Interactive workshop

Exploring colours and their symbolism as a vehicle to express emotion, students will use a range of mediums. They will also discover how to communicate their beliefs through art in a way that is inclusive and considerate of their peers.

This activity will take a place in a range of settings, weather dependent. Where possible we encourage students to use the outdoors because of the links that have been made between green space and increased well-being.
