I have a background in Learning and Development, whereby I managed the development of learners through technical training, coaching, performance reviews and feedback.
For over 15 years, I worked in the Financial Sector whereby I worked with multiple areas of the business to define, agree and support the delivery of operational training plans and projects in line with FCA guidelines.
Prior to joining Staffordshire University, I worked in the HR team for Cottage Delight, delivering training and coaching to managers on key HR policies and procedures. I was also responsible for guiding managers through complex and difficult Employee Relations issues whilst coaching and advising on individual case outcomes.
