I am a Technical Assistant within the Henrion Media Resource Centre. I have a background in composing music, producing audio and sound design, as well as being a multi-instrumentalist performer. I have toured throughout the UK, Europe, USA and beyond; working alongside well-respected industry professionals and performing at some renowned venues.
I have worked in the music industry for over 20 years and grew up in South Wales, where I performed in countless bands and studied music and music technology at college. I moved to Cheshire in 2000, where I began my professional career playing drums within a residency and I have spent the last eight years performing on lead-guitar, vocals and bass in a well-known tribute act. Last year, I worked with a publisher to produce music for sync, but I have also written music for a range of other media. I was recently commissioned by a Stoke-based arts organisation to produce a sound art/design project; which raises awareness of environmental issues, both locally and throughout the UK.
I’m a certified Pro Tools User and Operator, in addition to being an Apple certified Logic Pro on Logic Pro X. I also have experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and other creative media applications.
