As an international student, I felt very welcomed and accommodated in my role as the student ambassador. I was able to be of service and help to others who required my assistance and at the same time I learnt more about myself and developed my personality. This role has taught me many transferrable skills for my life and given me a lot of experiences to reflect upon. I always had a joyous experience throughout my time I was here, and it has become a part of me. I never felt alone or isolated as I met the staff members and other ambassadors from diverse backgrounds and cultures
