Disclaimer

All prospective residents of Clarice Cliff Court must be aware that an extensive programme of groundworks and construction will be taking place in the area directly adjacent to Clarice Cliff Court.

We want to ensure that students living in accommodation remain happy, healthy, and safe and so, we aim to give you full notice of works being undertaken on the new student village in academic year 24/25. We understand that these works may cause some disruption to students and so we have reduced the price of all Clarice Cliff rooms by 2.5%. This reduction has already been applied to the weekly rate of Clarice Cliff for all applicants who choose this accommodation for academic year 24/25.
