I completed my undergraduate degree in 2012, MSc in Health Psychology in 2013 and PhD in 2021; all at the University of Staffordshire. My PhD was titled "Understanding uptake and improving risk communication in the National Health Service Health Check Programme". My current role, is to conduct research within the Centre for Health and Development (CHAD, as a Research Fellow). Research interests

My research background is in Health Psychology and I have a number of research interests including health promotion, health prevention, health checks, CVD risk, behaviour change and pregnancy/postpartum experience.
