Philippa Harley

Resource Planner & Workforce Analyst

Health, Education, Policing and Sciences

I joined the IoP in August 2019 as one of the first members of the team. I originally fulfilled the role of Programme Assistant but quickly developed my skills and knowledge in workforce planning.

Having individually developed the IoP's Workforce Planning systems and processes from inception, I continue to innovate and develop these to drive efficiency and effectiveness where possible.

I have a varied background in management, compliance and key account management, from which I have been able to transfer complimentary skills and knowledge and apply this to my current role.
