I am an experienced Human Resource and Development leader having worked across private and public sector organisations; most recently for a large multi-national as Senior Leader for strategic talent management, engagement, leadership development and organisational change.

My role as Senior Lecturer focuses on leadership, culture and change and allows me to combine my experience together with my passion for developing others to achieve their potential both academically and within their work environments.
