^{I joined Staffordshire University after obtaining my Law degree from the University of Liverpool. I have, in addition, embarked upon my PhD in Legal and Social Justice. The focus of this will be the lack of diversity within the Bar of England and Wales. My work hopes to highlight the dangers of this system, not just for aspirant legal professionals, but for victims, jurors and wider society.}
