I am a Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. My role at Staffordshire University involves teaching and research. I teach undergraduate and postgraduate students at the School of Justice, Security and Sustainability. In addition, I am one of the staff member responsible for leading the Postgraduate Research courses at the JSS.  I am a keen researcher with a passion for entrepreneurship and my main research interest is in understanding the driving forces and barriers of entry into entrepreneurship, growth and development. My research activities cover multi-level dimensions of individuals, local/regions,  institutions and their interplay based on observations drawn from differing contexts of emerging, developing and developed economies.
