I am a lecturer in esports , with a background in business development and coaching having previously worked with a range of teams across Europe. Including Northampton town, Nerd rage,

I started coaching at age 15 originally within KS1 and KS2 sports coaching working on sports pedagogy and development before building up my coaching portfolio into senior level development within rugby, football and disability sport. After getting injured I moved into competitive gaming firstly playing magic the gathering reaching multiple top 64 at national events and placing 4th and representing Wales. Within this time I developed many rosters and worked alongside teams across many ERL division 2 level.

Alongside this I am an active member and community manager for the esports research network and provide guidance and support for a range of external projects which are listen on my LinkedIn.
