Before joining the University in March 2021, I worked for West Midlands Police. My roles included project management, operational and policy transformation to policing processes.
Following this I joined the training department for initial student officer training. I lead the programme and course development for initial officer training to adapt online and practical content to compliment the introduction of the University academic programmes.
