Learn how to become a skilled actor who can work across TV, film, digital media and theatre.

Our Acting for Stage and Screen degree is 80% practical and will build your techniques through workshops, performance-based assessments and real productions. You’ll be taught by staff who are experienced actors, directors and practitioners and will be able to tailor the course to your interests. You’ll also get to use our studio theatre, virtual production suite and motion capture studio.

Alongside all the degrees within Media, Performance and Communication, our Acting and Drama courses centre around storytelling, making sense of the world, and collaborating with other students across creative disciplines.  Our students develop the confidence to work across different areas by the end of their studies, having worked on diverse projects during their time studying.  They have developed their storytelling abilities, addressed global issues, and are prepared for careers in the thriving creative industries.
