Your application journey

You're thinking about studying in the UK with us – what next? There’s a lot to think about and we're here to help you walk through the whole process from application to arrival.

When to apply

The academic year in the UK runs from September until July, although we do offer some courses which start in January. The earlier you apply, the better. International applicants are encouraged to apply for courses at the beginning of the academic year as it can take some months to make all the necessary arrangements.

Entry requirements

We accept a wide range of international qualifications. To check if your qualifications meet our entry requirements, please contact us. Alternatively, you can contact UK NARIC (National Academic Recognition Information Centre).

English language requirements

It’s essential that you hold an appropriate English language qualification. The University asks for a minimum of IELTS 6.0. with 5.5 in all bands or an alternative recognised by UKVI. Certain courses such as Journalism and Law require a higher IELTS score.
