Emotional Freedom Techniques

Overview

This masterclass is designed to introduce learners to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT /Tapping). Participants will gain a greater understanding of the symptoms of Burnout and the impact it has on individuals in the workplace. Learners will be introduced to EFT, a manualised, evidence-based tool that can be used to prevent Burnout and to deal with the symptoms of Burnout if they arise.

Course Overview

This masterclass will cover:

  • The symptoms of Burnout and the impact of Burnout in the workplace.
  • Research insights on using EFT for Burnout.
  • A practical, hands on, experience to EFT for Burnout.

Course Aims

Skills gained:

  • A self-help method to help employees prevent Burnout and deal with the symptoms of Burnout if it does arise.
  • Improved wellbeing of employees 
  • The skills and knowledge gained are fully transferable and EFT can be applied to academic Burnout and employment Burnout.

Knowledge gained:

  • Recognising the symptoms of Burnout and to prevent it arising. 
  • The skills to address Burnout using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping)

Award

On completion of this masterclass, learners will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Entry requirements

This masterclass is open to anyone who lives in Stoke-on-Trent (paying council tax to Stoke-on-Trent city council), is 18 years old and over, and meets the following criteria:

  • Employed for one hour or more of paid work per week (including those temporarily away from work because they are sick or on holiday).
  • Temporary and permanent employees who are on fixed-term contracts or agency temping.
  • Self-employed people.
  • People on government-supported training programmes, engaging in any form of work, work experience, or work-related training.
  • People on maternity or paternity leave.

Cost

This course is free to all learners who meet the criteria above.
