Osasere Enobakhare - HaulTech Intern

Osasere Enobakhare, a Student Innovation Consultant for HaulTech, shares his experience of Innovation & Productivity Pathfinder.

About Osasere

Osasere Enobakhare, a Staffordshire University Student Innovation Consultant Intern for HaulTech, explains how he accessed the Innovation and Productivity Pathfinder project.

During his career talk at the library, Osasere was introduced to the Innovation and Productivity Pathfinder programme. At first, because of his workload at the university, he did not feel like it was the right project to pursue. After speaking to his lecturer, Dr Fatima, she encouraged Osasere to get involved.

About HaulTech

HaulTech is a Newcastle-under-Lyme-based business that specialises in streamlining transport and haulage businesses with cloud-based transport management systems.

Osasere worked closely with the business representatives and directors, and it made him more interested in learning more about business processes.

Benefits Gained

Being closely involved with business leaders has given Osasere the confidence to communicate his ideas and have them implemented and affect the business positively in such a short timeline. Osasere explains how working to build a business Innovation Plan during the programme has inspired him to get involved in other business management projects.

*The Innovation and Productivity Pathfinder project has been fully funded by the UK Community Renewal Fund. The UK Community Renewal Fund is a UK Government programme for 2021/22. This aims to support people and communities most in need across the UK to pilot programmes and new approaches to prepare for the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. It invests in skills, community and place, local business, and supporting people in employment.

I would recommend it because it will give students the opportunity to have an out-of-class experience.
