A Chartered Manager is someone who takes responsibility for people, projects, operations and/or services to deliver long term organisational success, with the professional recognition of their ability to deliver impact, behave ethically and demonstrate their commitment to continual learning and development.
The programme, designed in collaboration with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and regional and national employers, provides the knowledge and skills you will need to become a confident management professional.
Who is it for?
CMDA is a diverse programme well-suited to a variety of people at different stages in their career. The programme is popular with not only those early in their career, including college graduates, but also experienced business professionals looking to gain a holistic view of strategic organisational practices.
The accelerated route is available to those with recognition of prior learning from Operational/Departmental Management Apprenticeship or a previous higher level qualification.
