Home About Facilities Technical Motion Capture Stage Motion Capture Stage The Motion Capture Stage is an industry standard facility that provides training and sessions within Motion Capture, promoting innovation and realism within Animation practices. The Motion Capture Stage is located in the Cadman Building, working alongside The Smart Zone. This facility hosts sessions that show students how to set up and prepare shoots at a high industry level. The sessions provided give in-depth information that covers each stage, from preparation to exporting data for use within a project. The space that facilitates this has been exclusively built to match the standards of outside studios including an impressive 24 camera setup that is able to pick up data fluidly, a huge space for students to record sessions and software which has been powered by Vicon, the stage is essential for those interested in pursuing a career in Motion Capture.
