Visit Vietnam in 2020
Have you ever wanted to travel the world and visit the amazing and beautiful country Vietnam? In May 2020 this could become a reality. Thanks to generous donations to the Horizon Fund and through collaboration with our long-term partner British University Vietnam (BUV), we have a once in a lifetime opportunity for a 2-week stay to visit, learn and explore this spectacular part of south-east Asia.
While in Vietnam you will meet students studying the same Staffordshire University course as you, visit stunning landscapes, and immerse yourself in the culture and language whilst tasting fabulous Vietnamese cuisine.
This scholarship will cover up to £1100 towards the cost of the trip to our partner British University Vietnam during the spring of 2020. The funds awarded will be used towards the flight to Hanoi, Vietnam and will cover the cost of accommodation for 2 weeks whilst in Vietnam.
The trip will be organised by Staffordshire University. There is no cash alternative available.
Travel dates
The trip will depart from Manchester Airport, UK on May 16th and return to Manchester Airport, UK on May 31st. Further information is to be confirmed and dates and times may be subject to change.
