We have a team of friendly, approachable Money & Guidance Advisors who can help you with any problems or questions you may have whilst studying at Staffordshire University.

You can talk to us about anything; whether it is a personal problem or an academic issue. We work closely with other teams within the University and also with external support agencies too. Between the team we have many years of experience helping students to achieve their goals. We offer quality advice and guidance to you across a very broad range of issues:

We offer helpful advice on how to manage your money, from useful budgeting tools and getting part-time work, to help with dealing with debt.

Students have an opportunity to drop-in to see a Money & Guidance Advisor. (Please note: there are limited slots available so these will be given on a first come, first served basis - students will need to sign up against a booking slot at the relevant location, on the day)

Bookable Appointments (online or in-person) for Centre for Health Innovation (Blackheath Lane, Stafford), Staffordshire University London and Stoke Students:

Students can book an appointment (appointments will take place: Face to Face in the Trent Building, Leek Road, Stoke or via Microsoft Teams/Telephone) available every Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon. *** Please note: Appointments are only available to book 20 days in advance so please continue to check the link for availability.

Centre for Health Innovation Drop-ins (Blackheath Lane, Stafford):

A Money & Guidance Advisor will be available in CH055, Blackheath Lane every Monday, 9.30a.m. - 4.00p.m. Please note that there will be no drop-ins on Monday 16th September 2024 due to staff training.

Staffordshire University London Drop-ins:

In-person drop-ins will take place at the Here East Campus on alternative Tuesdays (Money & Guidance) and Wednesdays (International Student Support) between 11am and 3pm: You can find us on the third floor in the Student Services Hub. From Tuesday 28th May onwards, students will need to book an on-line appointment, available every Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoon, subject to availability.
